Hello All BGL Team Staff and Association Representatives,

Please note that here has been an updated version of the Black Gold League Operations Manual (v9 20161115) posted to the website.  Please be sure to always refer to the BGL website for the most up to date version and content of documents.  There have been changes made within this new version.  These changes are highlighted in yellow.  Some of the modified sections (but not limited to) are listed below.  It is the team and association's responsibility to be familiar with, and compliant to the BGL Operations and Bylaws.
